Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01

The Organization, Management, and Control Model is a system of principles, rules, procedures, and controls that the Company adopts—based on a risk assessment related to its business activities—to prevent the commission of predicate offenses leading to the entity’s criminal-administrative liability as outlined in Legislative Decree 231/01.

The Model enables the identification of individual responsibilities and, by safeguarding the Company as a whole, protects all other individuals working within it while ensuring compliance with rules and the Law.
