Model 231

The Organisation, Management and Control Model is a system of principles, rules, procedures and controls that the Company, based on an assessment of the risks associated with the performance of its activities, adopts to prevent the commission of offences giving rise to criminal and administrative liability for the entities listed in Legislative Decree 231/01.

The Model allows the identification of individual responsibilities and, by safeguarding the Company as a whole, protects all other persons who work within it in compliance with the rules and the law.
