Under Legislative Decree 24/2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree), TASSALINI has created an internal channel for reporting unlawful conduct.
Under Legislative Decree 24/2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree), TASSALINI has created an internal channel for reporting unlawful conduct.
The system guarantees confidentiality regarding the identity of the Whistleblower and the protection of the latter from any retaliation.
It is also possible to remain anonymous.
It should be noted that the following are excluded from admissible reports, in particular:
– Complaints, claims or requests concerning interpersonal matters (personal grievances or claims/petitions falling under employment relations, including in pre-litigation stages, or interpersonal relations/conflicts with other employees or with hierarchical superiors, as well as discrimination between colleagues, must continue to be submitted to the competent HR functions that will handle them accordingly)
– Complaints related to service disruptions or issues regarding supplies and services provided by the Company, which must be sent to the relevant company functions
– Information that is already entirely in the public domain
– Information that is clearly unfounded, as well as information acquired solely on the basis of rumors or unreliable hearsay (so-called “corridor talk”).

Protection of whistleblowers
TASSALINI guarantees all Whistleblowers maximum protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding against any form of retaliation, coercion, distress or discrimination, in compliance with European Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the reporting of breaches (Whistleblowing) and Legislative Decree 24/2023. 24/2023.
